See a physican ASAP: If you have been throwing up continuously for 24 hours, you need to see a physician quickly to find the underlying cause. Make sure you keep yourself hydrated and get electrolytes in you as well. Fluid solution with sugar & slight salt will help you retain more water in your system. Rare: not vertigo/dizzy... if someone plain passes out over 90% of the time if we dont' know the cause IMMEDIATELY...we never do. can be heart, stroke, medications, arhythmia...they all have key signs if they are the cause (like chest pain) and... if nothing else and no neuro signs... we admit for a day or two obs. but... essentially nothing found. (hot day and sweating we can find !) ...Read more
