I sometimes wake up shortly after falling asleep with pressure moving from back of neck to over top of head and nausea. What is it?
Well, that can be: Tough. Do you grind your teeth at night? That can cause tension in back of neck. The nausea is hard to explain but try some zantac (ranitidine). U may be having some sort of unusual migraine in which case sumatryptan would help, gotta make sure sinuses ok. Check out terms bruxism, esophageal reflux.
