What causes dizziness even while lying in bed or after getting out of bed or even after turning my head left or right?
I get lightheaded/dizzy at random parts of the day ..Especially after exercising or getting up from laying down what could this be?

Well, that can be: Tough. Do you grind your teeth at night? That can cause tension in back of neck. The nausea is hard to explain but try some zantac (ranitidine). POTS: may have postural orthostatic hypotension. Blood pressure drops when you change position especially lying to sitting or sitting to standing. Get light headed, dizzy and can pass out.
