Doesn't sound good: A person with a heart rate of 175 should call 911 for an ambulance ride to the E.R. The paramedics will provide oxygen, to help the heart and the brain, because the dizziness may be due to the brain not being able to get enough blood (the heart is not pumping properly if the rate is 175). Best to call 911. ...Read more
Sometimes while dizzy I feel the room spinning while im not moving. Other times I make a small movement and it feels like a huge fast movement. Others I feel like my head is floating. What is the difference?
Is a possibility. This is a condition of intermittent and varying degrees of vertigo caused by tiny crystals of calcium carbonate that are a normal part of the inner ear's anatomy, detaching and collecting in one of the semicircular canals, causing vertigo with head movement.
This can be readily diagnosed by your doctor with a simple maneuver and treated with another. Http://vestibular. Org/understanding-vestibular-disorders/types-vestibular-disorders/benign-paroxysmal-positional-vertigo ...Read more
