Dizziness: What you are describing is called near-syncopal episodes,the most common cause is vasovagal. it happens when a person stands for long period of time, during emotional distress, sight of blood and etc. Blood pressure drops and blood supply to brain decreases. Complex: You may have a recurrence of your cerebellar tumor, or you may have a new and different neurological problem. You should see your physicians asap and get a new brain MRI to see if the tumor has recurred. You may also have a shunt problem, again an MRI may help to determine this.
