Very Possible: Abruptly stopping caffeine can definitely have withdrawal side effects. The most common is a headache and a lot of people who drink coffee at work get "weekend headaches" when they don't drink as much caffeine at home. To some degree it depends on what you mean by dizzy. Ditch the caffeine: It's unlikely that at 19 this is a serious heart problem. Caffeine can make people jittery and cause fast and sometimes anbormal heart rhythms. It sounds like you should stay away from caffeine. Reasons to seek a doctor would be if you are having passing out or near passing out episodes, palpitations, or if there's a history of young people dying suddenly in your family. ...Read more

See your doc...: Chronic diarrhea can lead to dehydration causing dizziness or vertigo. Your sensation of feeling hot may indicate a fever suggesting inflammation or infection. Stopping caffeine was a good decision. May want to further restrict food intake by consuming only a brat diet (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast) to see if the diarrhea improves.
