See below: The tingling in the fingers can be from a peripheral problem like carpal tunnel syndrome or a central one like a cervical radiculopathy. The shaky hands is a little less specific. It could be related to some central neurologic problem such as parkinsons or other problems in the head. The symptoms you described speak of an adrenaline/ epipherine rush that occurs with acute hypotension/ body reaction to low blood pressure.
