Post op: I recommend that you notify the endoscopist who performed your procedures about these symptoms as you are apparently experiencing severe abdominal distress which is not usual after the procedures. Call your doctor.: it is not normal to have lingering symptoms the day after a colonoscopy. It is not clear to me whether the symptoms that you are having are related or not, but it would be prudent to contact your gastroenterologist to discuss them, and to investigate them if they seem to be persistent. See an internist: The weight loss, if over a short period is concerning, if you've traveled recently this could be an intestinal parasite, but the dizziness and tachycardia could be something else when you put the symptoms all together. See a good internist, get a good physical exam, and probably a stool sample, urinalysis, and blood work to see what is causing you troubles, it may not be in your GI tract...Meds? ...Read more
