Do this until you are clear, or you are not clear in four weeks, get with your personal physician who will add something that will work. Alternative, a salicylic acid wash is a reasonable choice. Get a real Rx: I appreciate your zeal but we can do better. I start with topical clindamycin, plus benzoyl peroxide if there aren't a lot of blackheads or a retinoic acid derivative if there are.
