Not needed: You don't need to clean your vaginal vault after sex. Wiping off the outside should be more than enough. Douching get is almost never a good idea. What other methods could be used to clean the anus before anal sex? Would using an ear syringe be safer than douching or still no?
Enema: An over the counter enema with electrolytes (i.e Fleet's) would be safest way to clean yourself. A syringe would probably not give you enough volume to clear residual stool from the rectum. Of course, understand that enemas are not required for your health but are relatively safe to use to increase your and your partner's enjoyment of sex.
