Doctor insights on:
Displaced Pelvis Symptoms
Appendicitis: Appendicitis symptoms include: aching pain that begins around your navel and often shifts to your lower right abdomen, pain that becomes sharper over several hours, tenderness that occurs when you apply pressure to your lower right abdomen, sharp pain in your lower right abdomen that occurs when the area is pressed on and then the pressure is quickly released, there are many more symptoms.
Scoliosis: Scoliosis is a condition of curvature of the spine. The spine and pelvis are a continuous unit, like a stack of blocks. It is very likely that changes in your pelvis are compensating for the curvature of your spine in order to maintain your body balance. Consult an osteopathic physician or chiropractor for spine and pelvic alignment treatments.See 1 more doctor answer
Groin Pain: Injures of the hip joint typically involve groin pain. There may be clicking/catching of the hip when rotating or flexing the hip by bringing the knee close to your chest. Pelvic injury symptoms depend on the injury. A bony injury is unlikely unless from a high energy accident or collision. Soft tissue injury of the pelvis usually is from muscle avulsion from an explosive athletic maneuver or fall.
Can be subtle: In many cases, the findings on a patient with even a large scoliosis curve can be subtle. This is in part why schools will screen for scoliosis. The most common findings are an asymmetry in the hips and pelvis, an elevation of one shoulder, and a rib hump, otherwise known as an asymmetric trunk rotation. An uneven pelvis can be a result of scoliosis or it can cause scoliosis as well. Thank you.See 2 more doctor answers
Labor disorder: Most women who are having their first baby are candidates for a trial of labor/to try to have their baby vaginally. The progress of labor is closely monitored, as well as the prenatal history, to give guidance to baby's size. Abnormal diabetes screening in pregnancy may be a clue. At the time of labor if descent, dilation or progress are abnormal a cesarean may be indicated.
That would differ: For each person. Are you asking about symptoms or did you mean diagnosis?
Uti symptoms, yet no uti, test came back negative. Symptoms so bad I had to leave work, plus really bad pelvis pain..
Details: What symptoms specifically are you referring to? If it is pain or fever, it could be from other reasons and differentials need to be considered.
Sharp stabbing pains lower left pelvis a few times a day... Sharp stop you in your tracks type of pain then gone... No symptoms at all other than this?
Consider this...: If no fevers or diarrhea, it could just be gas. Try to move your bowels daily (increase dietary fiber, i.e. fruits and veggies, if you tend toward constipation). If still menstruating, could be ovarian/menstrual pain so track your cycles. See Dr if you have fevers, the pain doesn't stop, you get diarrhea/vomiting.
I had an ultra sound of my pelvis and she asked if I had recently had a urine infection which I hadn't and am symptom free. What would she have seen?
Not sure...: A pelvic ultrasound is not really a good test to determine if one has a urinary tract infection.

Radical resection of stage IV endometriosis [pelvis, intestines, bowel] in sept 2013. Symptoms recurring with addition of full on back spasms-related?
Pelvic muscle spasm: In St 4 endometriosis, complete resection of every last implant or area of endometriosis is sometimes difficult and a second laparoscopy after complete healing will allow visualization of those areas that were missed on the first extensive surgery. As well, it is important to evaluate the pelvic floor muscles as these can be in spasm and cause continued pelvic pain and back pain.See 2 more doctor answers

HPT: This is not a classic pregnancy symptom. If you have missed your period - recommend taking a home pregnancy test.
Bladder, pelvis, urethra ache constantly, NEG for UTI, POS for BV. Will treating BV solve my symptoms? No discharge; symptoms don't really match dx!
Ache: Treating underlying BV should help in symptoms. Also be sure to avoid sugars, carbs, and all gluten. Drink 100% cranberry juice diluted with water & stevia to help keep urine acidic to avoid UTIs, as well. Drink plenty of water. Do you smoke & how much do you weigh? These factors can affect urinary symptoms also.
