It is normal to have some pain for quite a while.: If the pain is not gradually improving over time then you may have an issue with a repair that is too tight. Could be "hydrocele": Fluid around testicle without major pain could be so called " hydrocele ". It is almost blake varicose. Eons on testiclular area and it may because "balloon like" enlargement .
