I have very mild discomfort /pain in right testicle for the past 4 days started when was scratching my testes....Can this be torsion. ..?
See a urologist: This could be nothing, but also could be something that needs attention. A stone in the little tubules that connect the testis with the urthra could cause your symptoms. Testicular cancer, which is very uncommon can also do this. Most likely you mildly traumatized the testicle some way. Torsion, cancer, a stone, etc can only be ruled out by a urologist's exam.See 2 more doctor answers
From a few days I am experiencing light pain/discomfort in my right testicle and right side of my lower back. Back feels more like it is numb. Advice?
Get evaluated: Pain in right lower back to testicle could be from many causes. A back issue inflaming a nerve can cause this or perhaps a kidney stone passing in the kidney tube (ureter). An infection or inflammation is the testicle can also cause this. If symptoms continue or worsen you need to be seen for an exam, testing of urine and possibly x-rays. For now trial of ibuprofen may be helpful.

I have unexplained discomfort in lower abdomen and right testicle during and after ejaculation. What can be causing it?
Infection: It sounds like you may have epididymitis and/or prostatitis. The first is an infection in the epididymus (the part of the testicle that holds sperm) and the second is an infection in the prostate. This is basically the male version of a uti, which is much less common in men than women. This is definitely worth a visit to the doc for proper treatment if it doesn't go away on its own soon.
It's normal: To have one testicle slightly lower than the other. The pain is something you need to see your doc about. Peace and good health.
I'm 21. About a month ago I started feeling discomfort in 1 testicle. Recently noticed fluid around that one.?
Could be "hydrocele": Fluid around testicle without major pain could be so called " hydrocele ". It is almost blake varicose. Eons on testiclular area and it may because "balloon like" enlargement. It is benign but uncomfortable condition. Recommend to consult urologist. If testiclular pain is severe you should be seen on emergency room and if any hard lump see your doctor asap.
In the past week and half my left testicle has enlarged and is hard to the touch it presents with no pain, just minor discomfort 42 male
This: This could be many things, but you need to make sure it is not something serious. Many cases of testicular cancer can present in this fashion. A scrotal ultrasound, which uis a painless type of imaging that does not involve radiation, should be done as soon as possible. I strongly recommend seeing your primary care physician or an urologist as soon as possible to have this enlargement evaluated further.
I have one testicle very large than the other what would cause this and should I be concerned about it? It does not cause any discomfort.
See doc now: If the enlargement of your testicle is new and has not been examined by a doctor, it needs to be examined right away. There are benign reasons for masses in the scrotum, but testicular cancer is always a concern. Go get it examined now.
Testicle is hanging in odd positions. Sometimes it is tilted on its side a little and sometimes it is sideways with some discomfort. What is this?
Bellclapper: Your testicle has not adhered properly to the bottom of your scrotum and you are at risk for torsion. See a urologist. If the pain lasts more than an hour, go to er stat.
Swelling of the right testicle, swelling comes and goes, some discomfort, but goes away when swelling does!
Hernia? Need to get: Checked, a few things come to mind when I read your description. It could be something called a hydrocele or a varicocele, which cause some intermittent swelling but not usually discomfort. More concerning is the possibility of an indirect hernia. If this is painful it may be getting stuck at times, incarcerated, if it does not release it is a surgical issue. After exam first test is usually US.
I had varicoecele e mobilization done in june and I still get discomfort and occasional pain still in my left testicle, is that normal?
Not uncommon: Assuming your post-op exam by your surgeon is otherwise unremarkable, it is not uncommon to have a variable and often intermittent discomfort in the same side testicular region for at least several months and on occasion longer for a number of reasons.See 1 more doctor answer
My right testicle looks abnormal by its positioning, it dosent hurt me but I can feel some discomfort I guess in spermatic cords. What could it be?
The list is huge: "bowling balls, " my ICU attending used to say! If it was a penile problem, the list was "long." he was a character. If you want a list of possible reasons rather than a definitive reason and treatment than I have to wonder, are you an ICU attending? If not, know this, educated guessing is useless and only delays in getting real treatment. Off to a urologist with you.See 1 more doctor answer
Many things: Testicular or scrotal pain can be caused by a variety of things. If the testicles are palpably tender, epididymitis is likely the cause. If there is no palpable irregularity or tenderness to the testicles or scrotum then referred pain from prostatitis would be a likely cause. Other things such as inguinal hernia or lumbar radiculopathy are also possible.
