Need a GYN evaluatn: You most likely have a benign alteration in the normal vaginal bacteria called bacterial vaginosis (probably from the usual pre-surgical, intra-vaginal prep fluid). Possible infection?: If you are having severe pain and fuel smelling discharge after surgery this might be caused by an infection which might happen after this type of procedure. Please try to see your gyn provider asap in order to get evaluated for this.
