Your history does: not suggest an std or yeast infection, It could be just a allergic reaction to the chemicals in the feminine hygiene products such as color toilet paper, douches, sprays, shampoos. Be examined: Based on your description it may be something your perineum, or bottom area is coming in contact with. Be checked to make sure it is not something else.
