White clumpy discharge 24 he's after yeast infection treatment? (1 dose of flucanozole)

White clumpy discharge 24 he's after yeast infection treatment? (1 dose of flucanozole)

See a doctor: There is no way to know what this is without examining you. If you have failed a single oral dose of Fluconazole you might want to try intravaginal medication containing butoconazole, clotrimazole, miconazole, nystatin, tioconazole, or terconazole. But this may not be failure of treatment. It might be something else, and this is not the place for personal diagnoses.

I've been having this fishy smell coming from my genitals. I have no discharge. I've been to the doctors 3 times and done 2 yeast infection treatments?

Bacterial vaginosis: BV is a very possible diagnosis, but before stating that this is what you have you need to be seen and examined by somebody who recognizes the issues. Since do not know what the doctors seeing you did it is impossible to comment further.

Candidiasis: Vaginal candidiasis or a "yeast infection" commonly occurs when taking antibiotics and most commonly presents as the discharge you described - sometimes there is discomfort. Miconazole or monistat usually will cure this and can be purchased at most drug stores.

Wht are some ways I can cure a yeast infection at home? I have been eating yogurt but tht not working and I see no discharge until I urinate

Need to be examined: First of all, you have to make sure that it is in fact a yeast infection. It could also be an allergy to lubricants or sexual devices or whatever. There are also systemic causes of those same symptoms, such as a hormone deficiency. Let your gynecologist examine you and give you a definitive diagnosis. And even if it is a yeast infection, eating yogurt will not cure it.

I took monistat 1 day to cure a yeast infection 4 days ago. I now have a really thick pearly white discharge. Is this just the medicine or still yeast?

Itching test?: If you are still itching with the discharge, then the yeast infection is still present and needs further Rx. If not, it is the Monistat medication "leaking" out.

What can I do about vaginal odor that came back after yeast infection treatment?

See your Gyn: Bacterial vaginosis is more likely than yeast. Some yeast treatments will briefly make it seem better. If the yeast medication didn't work, you need to be seen and have an exam to find out for sure what it is. Best wishes!

Depends: It may not be yeast. It might be an infection like BV or trichomoniasis. It could also be that your yeast infection wasn't treated completely. Would see your physician
