Pinching dull pain left breast and left arm, comes and goes. Normal EKG tread. Could it be costochondritis or pinched nerve in neck? Also hern disc.
2nd opinion: If your ekg is normal, and treadmill and you have a history of costochondritis, then you may benefit from having a neuromusculoskeletal examination (nmm) done by a do, who can check, correlate your pinched nerve to your rib issues, and the dull pain in the left breast and arm while checking your neck out too. Disc removal : Most disk herniations that cause nerve pain will get better with conservative treatment in 6-8 weeks. If the pain does not improve at that point then epidural steroid injections or surgery to remove the disc can be an option.
