May not be sinus: Headaches have many causes, sinuses are one of them, usually related to blockage of nasal breathing passages, mouthbreathing and subsequent congestion that causes pain in distribution of nerves going to sinuses, can mimic altitude headaches. Depression does not: 30% of panic patients worsen with exercise due to panic response to build-up of lactic acid. 1/3 feel better and 1/3 don't feel any different. With generalized anxiety disorder people often feel better. The same holds for ptsd unless running is a trigger for flashbacks.
