I have been diagnosed with ptsd due to having dealt with numerous deaths, rtc's, suicides, hangings, shootings over 20 years. How is this best treated?

Seek help.: He should get mental health treatment as soon as possible. If he is still on active duty, then he should see a mental health specialist soon.
