Don't worry : The topical steroid cream that you are using is a "catabolic" steroid, legal and not part of a job application drug screen. The drug screen would look for "anabolic" steroids which are what body builders use to get very large muscles. Painful Rash: i cannot be sure without seeing the rash, but I have seen herpes crop up at the top of the split line between the buttocks. Also possible is shingles which causes a painful rash.
