Medication for cystic acne & saeborrheic dermatitis causing severe migraines.Using isotretinoin, minocycline as HCl BP & desloratadine. Drug reaction?

I would have my eyes checked and if no evidence of pseudotumor, restart either the Minocin (minocycline) or isotretinoin, but not both. Migraines can also worsen with Isotretinoin and not affect the eyes, but it definitely needs to be ruled out. ...Read more

Rfractory seizures in meningoencephalitis not responding to 4 anti convulsion drugs, like midazolam, levitricetum, eptoin and gardinal, what next?

Doubt meds will work: After 3 or 4 drugs, the chance of success is below 4-5% at best, and unless you have some metabolic imbalance, you should consider a more aggressive approach such as a vagal nerve stimulator or even a surgical procedure. Can you mix two anti depressants? Which anti depressant works best with Paxil (paroxetine) 25 mg?

Some doctors do: Some doctors do mix two - some even more. I shouldn't second guess them, but i'd be curious to understand specifically what they are looking for by doing that.
