Not sure of question: If you took the drug and your condition is gone, what is your question? I am guessing that 6 does over 11 days is not quite what you were supposed to do. See your physician to determine if your condition is really gone.

Yeast: Infections can be "stubborn" I suggest another course of treatment. ...if that doesn't resolve your issues completely another visit to your Doctor may be indicated!

Yes it can: An infection, whether it be yeast, bacteria, whatever, can and does cause irritation of the lining due to liberation of toxic substances from the offending agents and these will result in reactions by this MUSCLE having to do with spasms, urgency, frequency, and BURNING sensations even without urination. Possibly wrong med: Diflucan is commonly prescribed for yeast infections, which can cause "burning" & frequency for a few days, but, not abdominal pain. Bactrim is a standard first line antibiotic for urinary infection but many organisms are resistant. Was your urine cultured? That would tell whether or not you have a UTI & if so what antibiotic would be effective. Suggest urinalysis, culture &? new antibiotic. ...Read more
