I have itchy and watery eyes plus running nose wt occassional redness of the eye and ithyness at d back of the throat.Cause and medication pls.

Ive been having throat pains and Ive had my tonsils out and I don't see redness. I noticed these 2 orange marks in the back of my throat. Is this norm?
ENT scope shows only minor redness on back of the voicebox. only symptoms lump feeling in throat, post nasal drip. What could this be other than LPR?
