Normal pressure hydr: I agree w/Dr. Ihle that spinal stenosis & upper motor neuron disease are high on list making it difficult to walk & balance. Peripheral neuropathy in someone w/long-standing poorly controlled diabetes could do this. Vitamin B12 deficiency too perhaps. If concomitant incontinence & memory loss, then I'd worry about normal pressure hydrocephalus which is build up of fluid & pressure in brain. Stroke ...Read more
