Cousin got sick a few mos ago. Since then he has had dyspnea, difficulty swallowing, & can't even talk. He already lost 30lb & docs don't kno wats wrong?
Brief analysis: If this were acute, i would wonder about botulism or another neurotoxin. The chronicity might implicate myasthenia gravis, but might also consider a motor neuron disease, such as progressive bulbar palsy. Have it checked out: Your (ENT) doctor should be able to palpate it, and examine your eyes, ears, nose, and throat to determine what it may be.
