Unlikely: 1.5 cm nodules often are not big enough to cause compressive symptoms. I would look into another diagnosis, like acid reflux. A good ENT visit will be worthwhile. Also make sure that nodules is followed up on. Gold standard is us guided biopsy. ...Read more
