After going to sleep initially, u keep waking up in middle of night (interrupted sleep). Also called terminal insomnia, as opposed to initial insomnia (can't fall asleep). Many factors can cause that, from idiopathic (unknown) to metabolic, to endocrine to medications or medical problems or psychiatric such as mood disorders.

Sleep: If possible recommend identifying a period when you can sleep consistently each day, preferably for 6 hours, including off days - consistency for onset/awakening is key for establishing good sleep patterns.
