Hello, I was laying down and moved my head to the right and heard a loud pop. Immediately after I felt a sharp pain on the left side of my neck, I am having difficulty moving now.
You strained a: muscle in your neck. It probably hurt when you changed position suddenly. Or you popped a vertebral disc, but that is very unusual unless you have had significant trauma to the neck in the past.
