I had blood work and my ASCA was abnormal my doctor mentioned possible Crohns Disease. Could my ASCA be abnormal and it be fine. I've had weight loss?

That being said you can have a GI tract infection on top of the crohn's especially if you have been treated with antibiotics and this infection can be contagious from contact with your stool.
