I'm a student, and i'm having difficulty concentrating while reading my textbooks. Other then meds, is there something that would help me concentrate?

Talk to someone...: These symptoms spell depression, although u would need a few more symptoms to formally qualify for the diagnosis (sleep or appetite disturbance, tearfulness, sense of worthlessness, to name a few).
