No: Differin (adapalene) tends to make the skin more sensitive to the sun, and while no human studies have shown an increased risk of skin cancer, none have shown a decreased risk either. No: Differin, adapalene, is used to treat acne, should be under doctor's supervision, don't use it by yourself. Skin care: bathing with cream soap, moisturizing your skin while still damp, etc.. Excellent RX: This is one of the formulations for adapalene and it is one of the better medications. I prefer the cream only because it dissolves in the skin better.
