Stools are OK: This can be normal. If you have changed what he/she is eating, then you will see a change in the frequency and color of the stool. If the baby is acting well, i wouldn't necessarily do anything different. If the baby is acting ill, then the increased frequency may be a symptom of the illness. The color isn't significant.
