Are weird bowel movements considered a pregnancy symptom? I'm also having nausea and back pains. Could these all be from my UTI or pregnancy?

Ttc & stopped takin fluoxetine. Is there any way of distinguishing the difference between recent emotional changes being from early pregnancy symptom?

From where?: Milky nipple discharge can occur in pregnancy, but other conditions as well. Vaginal discharge isn't a good indicator of pregnancy, we think more of things like yeast infection, BV or other infection.
