Are weird bowel movements considered a pregnancy symptom? I'm also having nausea and back pains. Could these all be from my UTI or pregnancy?

Uti two days before period which causes frequent urination, unprotected sex during ovulation, is this a pregnancy symptom or just uti? Also mild cramps.
Ttc & stopped takin fluoxetine. Is there any way of distinguishing the difference between recent emotional changes being from early pregnancy symptom?
Please follow up: Depending on why you were taking the fluoxetine, you could have resurgence of symptoms. Early pregnancy by itself does not cause depression, anxiety disorder, panic attacks, etc -- but it can exacerbate underlying tendencies. Please follow up regularly with a psychiatrist to make sure you stay as healthy as possible in your pregnancy, & to monitor for any issues so they don't get worse. Read more
Quite a bit...: Uti: increase frequency, urgency, and burning on urination, even at night. Possible change in odor and color of urine. Maybe some incontinence of urine as well. Early pregnancy: many women feel nothing except missing period. Some have morning nausea, tender/swollen breasts, increase urination but no burning, and food aversion/cravings etc... Check a hpt. From where?: Milky nipple discharge can occur in pregnancy, but other conditions as well. Vaginal discharge isn't a good indicator of pregnancy, we think more of things like yeast infection, BV or other infection. If you're concerned about pregnancy, then the first thing to do is an at home pregnancy test. Hope this helps! Read more
2-4 weeks after sex: A woman of childbearing age who has some nausea (with or without vomiting), some fatigue (feels less energetic), a sharper/stronger sense of smell, mild soreness/swelling of her breasts, and maybe some food aversions and cravings... could be pregnant. Classic pregnancy: Sxs usually don’t begin until after your period is missed or thereafter (6-8 wks). These can include: tender /swollen breasts, nausea or vomiting; lack of period; ^ frequency of urination; headaches, insomnia, fatigue.
