How do you know if you have a concussion? I face planted very hard while snowboarding. I had a helmet on, but it slid back a bit when i fell. No loss

Concussions Tragic: As a player& doctor i think the legacy of soccer concussions are potentially destructive over a lifetime for players just as we have seen in the nfl. Girls playing through college may be at higher risk. Current gear does not have strong proof of protection.
