Low calorie: Watch your calories. Avoid processed foods with unnatural ingredients. Find filling, low calorie foods like whole wheat. Impossible, but...: It is impossible to lose 20 kg in one month; 20 kg in a year is more realistic. The best diet is one with minimal sugars & simple carbs from grains. Also avoid fried foods. I like Dr. Furhman's diet, which is primarily vegetarian:
