Wouldn't advise it: Even if it's possible, I wdn't advise it. Better to lose 1-1.5 lbs/wk (mod wt loss) by changing habits & diet. That's ~15-20 lbs in 14 weeks (98 days). To lose more wt, often u have 2 crash diet or exercise madly. Crash diets ultimately result in MORE wt in the long-run that's harder to lose.
