Low fat diet: GB stones won't cause weight gain or mood swings. They do cause pain. Some Chinese teas can soften stones. If the stones are very big, you can try stone purge. Juicing ok, but...: Juicing was a mainstay of nutrition for me when I was recovering from pancreatitis. Anytime my pancreas flares is, I return to it. Unfortunately, there's not a lot that can be done with pancreatitis other than resting the organ. Probs are high bp/cholesterol/allergies and back/hip problems. Family rec the paleo diet which could have 5-6 eggs. Is this ok with these conditions?

Can try a form of it: There are many different ways to do the paleo diet. Some people eat large amounts of meat ; eggs, but one could be vegan on a paleo diet. Whether you do a paleo diet or not, i advise eating mostly organic fruits ; vegetables. 1 egg a day does not increase heart risk but 5-6 does. Organic grass-raised meats, chicken ; wild salmon are fine to eat. See http://happyherbivore.Com/2010/12/vegan-paleo/. ...Read more
