Several: There are several diet changes that can help with reflux and some of this can depend greatly on the person. Some people will get reflux with certain foods that never bother many others. Would recommend you call your physician for general advice specific for you. Certainly can decrease tomato paste and acidic and spicy foods in the meantime as a trial. But best to see your physician to get evaluated to rule out gallbladder issues and to discuss other causes of reflux that might be curative or at least relief-achieving.
