If you were to limit sugar, to starve out cancer, you would starve out every other cell as well. None: There is no glucose in either beer or diet coke. Diet coke is sweetened with an artificial sweetner. Beer has alcohol sugars in it but no glucose. Diet coke should be zero calories. Beer on the other hand is variable as it ranges from 3% to 12% alcohol; if we take the average of 5% you are looking at about 13 calories per ounce. ...Read more

Dark chocolate: Caffeine is higher in dark chocolate than milk chocolate. Any of the serious mass weight gainer that is chocolate would contain some caffeine. Red bull is 80 mg of caffeine per serving and caffeine in milk chocolate is about 12 mg.
