Diet is not critical: There is no special diet after partial colectomy. Most such folks can eat what they like without. It is by trial and error. So try changing some of items around, . Sometimes avoiding dairy foods (lactose intolerance) can be an issue, so try that. Your doctor can also give you some medication incase you have diarrhea or frequent bms.
