Not as bad!: From tooth enamel-just as bad. From a weight perspective, much better. Diet drinks can fool the brain into making you feel hungry, but they contain no sugar, nor do they increase Insulin production like non-diet. Love Them: If you don't have any major medical problems, or you have been told by your doc that it's ok for you to start this kind of diet, i believe they work great.
