LVEF after stenting: You clearly had a significant csrdiac event. I am not clear what result you cite for your ef - was it 32% after the stent? Healthy hearts generally have fractions in the 60-70% range. A good stent result will bump the pre-procedure fraction up about 5%. At age 47, you have been issued a heavy duty warning shot and you and your cardiologist will need to monitor it carefully. ...Read more

Old man with sudden left side chest pain for 30 min, died after minutes.investigations show narrowing and obstruction of CA,is it cardiac arrythmia ?
MI: Assuming the patient had a myocardial infarction, the timing suggests the actual death event was an arrhythmia. Massive infarction can have a hemodynamic death but usually this takes a bit longer. Another rapid cause of death with MI is cardiac rupture. All these are possibilities with what is presented. ...Read more

I think you should seek psychiatric help. You're wasting limited medical resources that could be really helping people. Good luck! ...Read more

Certainly frequent PVC's might be a sign of more serious dysrhythmia causing faintness/fast heart rate. You need to continue cardiac care ...Read more
