Do you notice it more in the morning, and does it improve somewhat during the day? DO you ever get swelling in any of your joints? When was the last time you saw a physician for a physical, and had any blood testing? Sounds rheumatologic. NSAID ok if kidney function is normal. Advise phsyical. ...Read more

Think about T K R: It sound to me you have disabling condition, sever pain clear diagnosis, i would suggest to see orthopedic surgeon how could arthroscopy and clean of the joints and see if this procedure could relief most of your pain , if that the case , that will give some time tell you will you have total knee replacement in the future. ...Read more
