Safe to take lorazepam w/ nature made magnesium supplement(mag ox, cellulose gel, croscarmellose sodium, mag stearate, silicon dioxide, stearic acid)?
Safe but not best Mg: It is totally safe but magnesium oxide is a very poorly-absorbed form of magnesium- it may work as a laxative but won't raise your magnesium levels! you would be far better off taking magnesium glycinate, taurate or citrate! see http://drcarolyndean.Com/magnesium_miracle/. ...Read more
Potrate: Mb6 solution does not contain vitamin b2 (riboflavin), as far as i can tell. It does contain vitamin b6 (has multiple forms, but pyridoxal phosphate is active & involved in many metabolic reactions). The solution can be used to make urine less acidic -- a good idea if you have uric acid kidney stones. ...Read more

It can be used to..: It can be used to prevent calcium oxalate kidney stones. Since you have already had kidney stones, i supect that they were trhis type. It is not used to treat other types of stones as a preventitive. B6 decreases liver production of oxalate and magnesium binds it in the gut to prevent it being resorbed and producing calcium oxalate stones in the kidney! always ask what your medicine is for! ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Is ascorbic acid a synthetic form of vitamin c? What is more effective calcium ascorbate or sodium ascorbate?
Not necessarily;same: All vitamins go by 2 names, their letter name & chemical name. Ascorbic acid is the chemical name of vit c, as pyridoxine is the chemical name of b6 etc.Ascorbic acid refers to both natural & synthetic forms.Almost all vit c supps are synthetic & most derived from corn which is likely gmo.I favor c from non-corn sources like cassava root.Calcium & sodium ascorbate are equally effective.See comment:. ...Read more

Can these cause any issues with hearing :potassium chloride, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate and sodium dihydrophosphate dihydrate?
Hearing: It is unlikely that any hearing loss is related to the items you list. Hearing tests are essential - I have had them and am wearing hearing aids. Many big stores offer hearing tests at no cost. In my area it is Costco or Sam's Club. There should be something like this all over the USA. ...Read more
Could asupplement with aminoacids, vitamins(l-carnitine, l-tartaric acid, potassium chloride, l-leucine, isoleucine, valine, nicotinic)cause damage on brain?
What's the difference from magnesium elemental from magnesium Glycinate/lysinate chelated, sodium bicarbonate, and magnesium oxide?
Diff. absorption and: Magnesium always occurs as a salt in combination with other things such as chloride, oxide, glycine, citrate, taurine etc. Some forms are poorly absorbed; for example magnesium oxide is only 4% absorbed, so it does not raise magnesium much but is a good laxative. The best-absorbed are glycinate and taurate and those amino have benefits. See https://www.organicnewsroom.com/magnesium-supplements/ ...Read more

Migraine Aura or is Magnesium Citrate Best Option?
Can I take vitamin C pills (always made of sodium/potassium bicarbonate, (sodium bicarbonate) ascorbate, benzoate...) w. pulmonary hypertension requiring low sodium diet?
Yes, however...: I strongly advise you take Vitamin C, ideally 1000 mg 2-3x/day, but you should try to find forms without sodium. I don't know what's available in Denmark, but in the US you can find ascorbic acid, or calcium or magnesium ascorbate without sodium. Lypo-spheric Vit. C is esp. well-absorbed,but has 120 mg of sodium, but a low sodium diet usually allows 2000mg/day. Vit. C is best with bioflavonoids. ...Read more
Calcium compound: Calcium acetate can be used in kidney disease to bind to phosphate to lower blood phosphate levels. Side effects of this treatment include upset stomach. Interestingly, it is used as a food additive, where it acts as a stabilizer, buffer and sequestrant, usually in candy products. It also binds Fluoride in water, neutralizing it. ...Read more
What's your ??: The chemicals you mentioned are generally inactive ingredients to help a active ingredient dissolve and be absorbed in the GI tract. They basically keep the muscle relaxant pill from remaining a solid plug that doesn't get absorbed. ...Read more
