Diarrhea Without Cramps
Pls help. whenever I eat or drink anything I get cramps and diarrhea. within like 10 minutes of eating. I cant even drin water without this issue?

Avoidance: It is not what you should eat to relieve it but rather what you should not that causes the abdominal cramps and diarrhea. It can he sensitivity to certain food/food allergy.
