Once a week for the past 4 weeks I have been hit with severe nausea, stomach cramps, sulpher burps, vomiting and horrible diarrhea. Symptoms last 4-6 hrs than go away for about 6-7 days. Any clues?

Sounds like: thrombosed external hemorroid. Try otc topicals with hydrocortisone or anesthetic. Lying down to reduce pressure to area and ice pack can also help. If these don't work sometimes the clot needs to be surgically removed. Although painful, this condition will subside. More important is cause of diarrhea. Make sure it is nothing serious.
