the gastritis is not that common unless you are reacting to the medicine that have been giving to you after surgery like pain medicine or antibiotic

When the GB is gone, fatty food are not broken down well and this could lead to fast emptying that leads to diarrhea because it doesn't go through the normal digestive process.
