Gall bladder removed 3 months ago. Stools were a little loose but still only once a day. Past four days developed loose stools/diarreah upon waking, after eating, and even if I don't eat. Tried BRAT diet and not much difference. Related to surgery?

Yes some of these symptoms are common after gallbladder surgery specially diarrhea the body trying to adjust for the absence of the gallbladder
the gastritis is not that common unless you are reacting to the medicine that have been giving to you after surgery like pain medicine or antibiotic

When the GB is gone, fatty food are not broken down well and this could lead to fast emptying that leads to diarrhea because it doesn't go through the normal digestive process. Depends: When was your surgery? Would not want to combine immodium & narcotic pain pills. Best is to address the issue first with avoiding fried, fatty, greasy foods. Drink plenty of water. Not common, but. .: Chronic diarrhea after weight loss surgery is rare. Might see your doctor to check for stool culture, white blood cells, and stool fat.
