No: The flu is caused by the influenza virus. You catch it from others via infected oral or nasal secretions. If you are immunosuppressed, stressed, or overtired, these things may predispose you to a viral infection. Food and the other things that you mentioned should not predispose you to the flu virus. You can have symptoms that seem like the flu and unrelated due to things you eat. ...Read more

Related or not?: There are lots of possibilities here, all of which can be addressed by a physical exam and appropriate testing. Migraines for example can affect both head and gut ("intestinal migraine"). Please however don't contribute to your stomach upset by taking excessive nsaid's aimed at alleviating head ache. GI disturbance: There are numerous possibilities here and an evaluation would have to be rather extensive. See a gastroenterologist if necessary. Yes, "stress" may create physical manifestations with the GI tract as a target (called somatization), but before making that assumption you should be sure it is nothing more serious.
