Many issues!: Many problems may be unrelated, but pcos needs to be excluded, because of it being a part of metabolic syndrome. You did not mention if you are overweight and carry it on the middle. Pcos is associated with high free (not total) testosterone, which could explain several issues. Hyperpolactinemia is common, could cause sore breast, but is associated with scant or absent periods.
