What is a medical diagnosis for chronic diarrhea and weight gain?

Normal: Each bag was a Liter of fluid (essentially a quart). Each quart is two pints. A pint of fluid weighs about a pound. "Pints a pound the world round" so you got 8 pints or 8 pounds of fluid. Your weight went up appropriately. If you were severely dehydrated it will stay in your body until your usual input (eating and drinking) and output (peeing and pooping) is restored to normal. ...Read more

Many issues!: Many problems may be unrelated, but pcos needs to be excluded, because of it being a part of metabolic syndrome. You did not mention if you are overweight and carry it on the middle. Pcos is associated with high free (not total) testosterone, which could explain several issues. Hyperpolactinemia is common, could cause sore breast, but is associated with scant or absent periods. It needs checking. ...Read more

Hashimoto thyroidism, HGH bld pressure vitamin d sufficient, excess weight gain, feel tired all the time, would amphetamine boost my energy?

Yes, but: It would be potentially dangerous and possibly illegal depending upon the source of the amphetamines. Why put something in your body that is harmful and can potentially kill you? Iodine and thyroid: It is most important to get your thyroid straightened out. Presumably you were hypothyroid and are now on levothyroxine. There is lots of iodine in the normal western diet, and more will not help you, although it will probably not hurt, you will just have a lot of iodine in the urine. ...Read more

Symptoms vague : The symptoms are somewhat vague (not specific to thyroid disease) bc majority of adults will report having these symptoms but do not have thyroid issues: fatigue, weight gain, dry skin, constipation, feeling cold. Easiest way to settle question is blood test. Cheapest way to settle question is changin the food intake and seeing if you lose weight appropriately. ...Read more

Is it normal to get weight gain from tyrosine thyroid?

Is it normal to get weight gain from tyrosine thyroid?

Please clarify: Hi. What do you mean by "tyrosine thyroid"? Tyrosine is an amino acid used in thyroid cells to synthesize thyroid hormone and the thyroid is a gland. I can't figure what entity you are asking about as "tyrosine thyroid". If the thyroid gland stops working (hypothyroidism), THAT can cause modest weight gain. Good luck! ...Read more
