Should get evaulated: Being a 26 y/o female, it is likely that you have irritable bowel syndrome and with the frequent loose stools can cause significant anal/perianal irritation, at times bleeding from it. I am not sure what physical exam means and it is very important HOW the stool blood test is done to be accurate. Start taking a daily fiber supplement and drink plenty of fluid.
